Functions at Mercer's Restaurant

Mercer’s Restaurant caters for all types of functions; from wedding and birthday celebrations to business conferences and seminars.

To individually tailor your event you will have the choice to select from 3 Entrees, 3 Main Courses and 3 Desserts from our current a la carte Menu. We will then create a special Menu from which your guests will choose on the day. The price for this menu excluding beverages is $69.00 per Person including savouries on arrival and filter coffee for a 3 ½ hour function.

Or you can choose from 2 Entrees, 2 Main Courses and 2 Desserts, which are served on an alternate basis on the day. The cost for this Menu is $65.00 per Person including savouries on arrival, filter coffee & madeleines for a 3 ½ hour function excluding beverages.

You and your guests are welcome to choose your drinks from our extensive Wine List or we can offer a beverage package that includes wines made under our own Mercer’s label at Tyrrells in the Hunter Valley.

Beverage Package: $26.00 per Person

* Beer ( light and heavy)

In order to book out the whole Restaurant on a Friday or Saturday evening we expect a minimum of 50 guests for a sit down dinner on a set Menu at $95.00 per Person.

All prices quoted include 10% GST.
Prices quoted are for a 3 ½ hour function only. A charge of $5.00 per Person per half hour (finishing no later than midnight) will occur for any extension of your function time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions. Once your function is booked we request a $500 deposit. The rest of the outstanding account is required to be paid seven days prior to your function.
